HighSelfGuidance is a trade name of Management Results, Inc., a successful consulting and training enterprise since 1982. It is currently owned by Optimire Consulting and Training Inc. One principal of both companies, Rolf F-J, added Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) to our capabilities in 2001. He has since become certified by the Spiritual Response Association to teach their techniques courses (SRT Basic, SRT Advanced, and Spiritual Restructuring - SpR) and has facilitated and mentored SRA Self Mastery Leadership classes open only to practitioners who have successfully completed an Advanced SRT course and rigorous application process.

Drawing on his well-grounded spiritual development, as well as for-profit business and not-for-profit association/society experience, he was asked to serve on the board of directors of the international Spiritual Response Association. He was elected President in 2005 as one of his many volunteer part-time community activities. This involved policy and governance responsibilities, as well as guiding hundreds of volunteers and a small dedicated staff. In 2011, he provided 5 months of board and staff consulting and training guidance when the SRA was between Executive Directors. He reminds others that, "Spirit works through us and no one accomplishes anything alone."
